Community and grassroots groups and individuals in Stockport can apply for funding between £1,000 and £3,000 but time is running out!
Independent registered charity Forever Manchester, the Community Foundation for Greater Manchester, manage several funds in Stockport.
The Stockport Fund – originally formed from dormant trust funds held by Stockport Council – supports local groups and individuals who contribute positively to the quality of life of local people and communities.
You can apply for a maximum grant of £3,000. The deadline for applications for this fund is 3rd September.
The CDL (Cheshire Datasystems Limited) fund helps local groups which support children, young people, older people, the environment and health to develop stronger communities.
You can apply for a maximum grant of up to £1,000 in the CDL fund. The fund is a rolling programme with no deadline dates.
Stockport Council welcomes the funding package which offers local groups two opportunities to access funding for their projects.
