Stockport businesses are being invited to join the Peer Networks programme, giving SME leaders the opportunity to share advice on growing their business from peer-to-peer networking.
The programme, delivered by the GC Business Growth Hub creates small cohorts of like-minded business owners from a diverse range of industries, provides the opportunity for cohorts of up to 11 business leaders to share challenges and advice with colleagues to help grow their organisations. Regular network meetings will be guided by a trained facilitator, for the duration of the programme, but groups can continue to meet independently after support from GC Business Growth Hub ends.
The scheme is based on the principle that businesses that seek external advice or undertake formal training are more likely to improve their overall performance, but many prefer to take advice from trusted sources when presented with external challenges and opportunities.
Peer Networks are open to any SME business that has:
- operated for at least a year
- five or more employees
