Photocopier and printer supplier Leemic have announced a partnership with Global Electronics giant; Samsung. The agreement will see Leemic offering award winning equipment from the Samsung Print range aiming to increase sales by 50% in the next two years..

In addition to the introduction of the Samsung Print hardware the company will also be increasing the levels of after sales care by introducing a remote diagnostic reporting system.
This will allow the company to proactively monitor the serviced systems in the field. Real time information will allow the accurate reporting of meter readings, the monitoring of consumable levels and alert status messages, will assist in improving the level of service provided.
