Two Marketing Stockport’s members who have developed a business partnership, Bennett Verby and Damar Training, have reached the finals of the 2015 Skills for Business Awards.
Bennett Verby has also achieved the Platinum highest award for Trainee Development from the ACCA for the 10th year running, supported by Damar Training who themselves have been nominated as Learner Provider of the Year!
The annual Business for Skills Awards celebrate the outstanding contribution that skills and learning make to businesses across Greater Manchester. Bennett Verby have reached the final in recognition of the learning and training interventions that are being undertaken, its commitment to invest in its workforce and recognition of the business benefits through investment in skills.
The Skills for Business Awards are delivered jointly by Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Manchester Learning Provider Network and the Greater Manchester Apprenticeship Hub in association with Pearson.

The Platinum Award for Trainee Development demonstrates that Bennett Verby provides learning opportunities for its employees working towards accounting and financial management qualifications.

This year’s award winners will be announced on Wednesday 1st July at The Point, Lancashire County Cricket Club
