Simon Rimmer is set to host ‘A Flavour of Spring’ at Robinsons Visitor Centre where visitors are invited to join celebrity chef and acclaimed restaurateur Simon Rimmer for an intimate evening of gourmet delight dedicated to spring cuisine and inspired by the changing seasons.
The event will be held on Friday 11th April and tickets are priced at £25 per person or £35 with Robinsons exclusive wine matching. Robinsons Unicorn Bar will be open from 6pm, dinner is served at 7.30pm with last orders at 11pm.
This three course banquet has been specially crafted by Simon Rimmer to incorporate only the freshest, seasonal spring produce.

Pumpkin & Yorkshire Fettle Cheese Salad with New Season Peas & Broad-beans, accompanied by a Garlic & Mint Dressing with delicious Toasted Pine Nuts & Hazelnuts.
2nd Course
Fresh Lakeland Spring Lamb Rump Steak with New Potatoes accompanied by Salsa Verde.
3rd Course
Lemon Polenta Cake dripped in Ginger Wine & Mixed Berries served with Freshly Whipped Cream.
A selection of three award winning wines, specially selected by Robinsons’ resident wine expert Noel Reid, will be available to accompany each course.
