Founders, main sponsors and organisers, CN Chartered Accountants, have announced the shortlist for the 2026 Stockport Business Awards.
Over 100 entries across the 13 categories were received for this year’s awards and the judging took place on Friday, 24th July.
The judging panel consisted of representatives from founders & organisers CN Chartered Accountants, headline sponsors, Gorvins Solicitors and Robinsons Brewery, representatives from Stockport Borough Council and design partner, Platform 81.
Andrew Baggott, Managing Partner of CN Chartered Accountants, commented:
“Selecting the finalists for each award category is never an easy task, with so many outstanding businesses entering each year. The consistently high standard and diversity of entries demonstrate the strength, innovation and success of businesses across the borough. We look forward to welcoming the Stockport business community to Royal Nawaab Pyramid on the 8th October for what promises to be another fantastic evening of celebration and recognition.”
The winners will be announced at an awards dinner which will take place on Thursday 8th October at the exclusive event floor of the Royal Nawaab Pyramid in Stockport. Tickets are now on sale and can be reserved by contacting CN Group’s Louise Lamaris.
This year’s awards will also raise vital funds for 2026 Charity Partner, Signpost for Carers. If any businesses or individuals would like to donate a prize for the raffle during the awards celebration on 8th October, please contact CN Group. Organisations will be recognised for their generosity on the night.
