Stockport based Viaduct Housing Partnership has celebrated the official opening of shared ownership in Brinnington at their Lapwing Lane scheme.
This new development of ten, two and three bedroomed homes are available for shared ownership, are of an exceptionally high build quality using solar panelling to the roof and energy efficient build techniques.
Viaduct Housing Partnership is a development partnership between Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council and Stockport Homes Group, founded in 2017.
Stockport Homes is a multi-award winning Arm’s Length Management Organisation that manages over 11,500 properties on behalf of Stockport Council.
Viaduct are delivering these new homes in conjunction with Countryside Properties and Wilkinson Cowan Partnership.
Councillor Sheila Bailey, cabinet member for communities & housing at Stockport Council said,
