Employment law specialists, SAS Daniels LLP, are hosting the second of a series of virtual breakfast webinars.
The 30-minute virtual event will focus on varying terms and conditions in employment contracts. It will take place on Tuesday 15th September, from 10am-10.30am and is free for anyone to join.
The interactive session, aimed at business owners, senior management and HR professionals, will be led by the Stockport firm’s Employment Law and HR Group Manager, Katie Hodson, and solicitor, Charlie Wood.
Discussion forms the second of the Stockport law firm’s SAS Live series of webinars. A previous webinar held in August tackled the topic of redundancy.
Katie Hodson, head of the employment law and HR Group at SAS Daniels, said:
As COVID-19 continues to affect individuals and businesses, employers may be considering offering their employees a more flexible approach to working – changing working hours or offering remote working for example. One way to do this is through a variation to the terms and conditions of an employee’s contract of employment.
“However, this must be carefully considered to avoid any potential issues further down the line. During the event we will be discussing the key points involved in varying the terms and conditions and will answer any questions participants may have about the process.”
Registration for the webinar is free via the firm’s Eventbrite page.
