Three more units have been sold at the S:Park development in Stockport as Chinese electrics firm CHINT has taken Units 9 and 11, totalling 16,782 sq ft, while air conditioning business, Efficient Cool Heat, has taken the 3,778 sq ft Unit 3.
The two companies join occupiers including the recently opened Jaguar Land Rover dealership and Big Yellow Self Storage.
The development’s first phase, which was completed in summer of 2013, comprised of five units totalling 48,600 sq ft with the majority sold or let off-plan. The 90,000 sq ft second phase comprises 14 units.
Mike Walker Development Director of Chancerygate in Manchester comments:
“With these two deals, the final phase is now over 40% sold which justifies our decision to build this speculatively. We have strong interest in the remaining units so are actively looking for further sites throughout the region where we can get on and build more similar schemes”.
JLL and Davies Harrison are joint agents for the development.
