Chancerygate is progressing development projects in Southall and Enfield as their S:Park site alongside the M60 in Stockport is handled by appointed agents JLL and Davies Harrison who will be responsible for marketing the 14 unitson the scheme.
Following the successful second phase at S:Park, Chancerygate have commenced development of the final phase of industrial and warehouse units totalling 80,500 sq ft in 14 units ranging in size from 1,750 sq ft up to 26,100 sq ft.
Steel work is now going up on site with the first phase of units due to complete in July. The units are available on either a leasehold or freehold basis, and the first freehold sale is already in solicitors’ hands.

Chancerygate Developments
At Great Western Industrial Park, Dean Way, Southall, planning consent has been secured for a 50,000 sq ft warehouse and industrial scheme comprising three units. All units have been pre-sold to existing Chancerygate clients prior to planning approval being received and works have now started on site with completion scheduled for September.
In Enfield, we have acquired the remaining development plots at Lumina Park on the Great Cambridge Road (A10). Adjoining an existing Travel Lodge, Toyota Car Dealership, Big Yellow Self Storage facility and terrace of four trade units, the remaining serviced land totals just under three acres and when developed will provide 12 industrial, warehouse and trade units ranging in size from 3,000 sq ft up to 16,600 sq ft. The units are available on a freehold or leasehold basis and there has already been very strong interest in a number of the units.
