The Business Growth Hub is looking at causes of sickness and ways of reducing sickness absence in the workplace.
They are exploring the potential of developing a service which would help individuals who fall ill whilst at work, and who are at risk of long-term sickness absence, to return to work.
Support would focus on the self-employed and people working in SMEs who do not have access to Occupational Health support.
The team at GC Business Growth Hub are keen to engage with business owners through an online survey and managers to understand
- If you think this service is needed?
- Would you access it?
- What support should it offer individuals and their employers?
- How best could we deliver support to you?
This survey should only take about 4 minutes.
If you are willing to have a further, more detailed, discussion with us about the service, or would be willing to take part in a focus group on what the service could offer, please fill in your contact information at the end of the survey.
The deadline for responses is Friday 6 July.
