Centrally located in the now flourishing Market Place and Underbanks area, the prime development sites in Stockport present opportunities to create high quality schemes with support from Stockport Council for residential, commercial or mixed-use development. The land is owned by Stockport Council and can be acquired on a long leasehold interest.
Totalling 0.45 acres the sites being marketed by Roger Hannah on behalf of the Council are:
- 29 – 35 Little Underbank (0.062 acres)
- 1 – 3 Lower Hillgate (0.065 acres)
- 6 – 16 Lower Hillgate (0.091 acres)
- Land on Churchgate (0.233 acres)
The sites present an exciting opportunity to be part of Stockport’s Market Place and Underbanks which is quickly establishing itself as one of Greater Manchester’s newest food-lovers hotspots.
