Regional property news website, Place North West, has launched an interactive map to allow its readers to explore ongoing property development across North Wales and North West England.
The map gives developers an opportunity to showcase their portfolios of live projects across the region. Developers will be able to advertise their ongoing schemes and highlight investment opportunities throughout each stage of the project, from planning through to completion.
Interactive elements of the map allow for images and project details to be displayed alongside the location. Map listings will also link with Place North West’s news coverage, and update as developments progress.
The development map has been created in partnership with Deetu, a data and technology company specialising in built environment and place marketing products. The company have produced similar interactive maps for MIPIM, the annual international conference for the property community, of which Place North West is a sponsor, as well as for Sheffield City Region to showcase investment opportunities.
Kirsty Butcher, product director of Place North West and PlaceTech, said:
This is the first North West map of its kind and we’re pleased to provide access to readers for free.
“We’re always looking to innovate and use our position to help match readers and opportunities in the region. I look forward to seeing the map build up as more developers come on board to attract investors and drive traffic to their sites”
