Pioneer10 workshop shares expert guidance on understanding customers

Stockport Business and Innovation Centre’s (SBIC) Pioneer10 is hosting the latest in its workshop series to help support small businesses in the borough to grow, focusing on understanding your customers.

The Pioneer10 Stockport workshops will be delivered by business experts from the GC Business Growth Hub. Four sessions during June and July 2022 will provide business owners and entrepreneurs in the borough with the knowledge, guidance and tools necessary to drive forward with a business strategy.

The interactive and thought provoking workshops will cover areas that are critical for moving towards the commercialisation of an innovative business idea or planned solution and drive growth in your business and provide green benefits internally or to customers.

The next workshop will take place on Tuesday 5th July from 9.30am at SBIC at Broadstone Mill and cover Customer Segmentation.

This Pioneer10 workshop will look at Customer Segmentation and understanding your customers in more detail, touching on topics such as:

• Learning about your customers in more detail
• Improving your customer service and customer support efforts
• Understanding who your most valuable customers are and why
• Identifying new opportunities for products, support, and service efficiently
