Marketing Stockport member Peak Translations is going global to sponsor the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce (GMCC) 2nd International Trade Forum.
Many of the region’s leading exporters and importers will come together at the International Trade Forum event hosted by GMCC to discover how to make the most of their commercial opportunities in this post-referendum period.
The uncertainty of how our future trading arrangements with Europe will pan out is a concern for many businesses. With at least two years before anything changes, it’s vital for companies to remain focused on their current activities and continue to implement their plans in overseas target markets.
Peak Translations managing director, Helen Provart, said: “We are proud to be sponsoring the event and giving local businesses the opportunity to tap into some free advice on how to improve their international communications in order to maximise revenues in those markets”.
Company representatives at the forum will have the opportunity to for an individual 1-2-1 consultation with Peak Translations Helen Provart, to discuss their specific requirements and explore different ways for them to reach their target markets.
“It’s imperative that companies continue to trade as they did before the referendum took place, so that we don’t cause a recession due to inactivity. Trading arrangements haven’t changed and may not change that much anyway. We just don’t know. So it’s important to build up relationships with our European partners now, so that we are in a strong position as and when any changes do come into force”, Helen Provart advised.
