A local company’s managing director has been accepted onto the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses programme.
Managing Director of Peak Translations Helen Provart was selected due to her leadership abilities, as well as the strong potential for business expansion and job creation and will be one of 30 business leaders in the North West to benefit from a comprehensive package of support and expertise. The programme aims to help business leaders to take their organisations to the next level.
Helen Provart says:
“After doubling our annual turnover last year, being selected to join this highly regarded training programme will enable me to continue to further expand the business in 2015.”
She adds:
“I am looking forward to undertaking a series of high quality workshops in areas such as leadership skills, marketing and financial analysis. As well as receiving ongoing training, a business mentor will be appointed to help me apply this learning to Peak Translations.”
The national initiative, funded by Goldman Sachs and the Goldman Sachs Foundation, is delivered by the Manchester Metropolitan University Centre for Enterprise.
