On-demand laundry app, Laundrapp, is expanding its service to Stockport, offering the service to residents and businesses in the borough for the first time.
Laundrapp works with local partners to offer a range of services, including an offering for commercial clients for cleaning staff uniforms or linens. The firm recently launched a 60C hot wash laundry option in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as offering contactless collection and delivery to customers from their home or workplaces. Other commercial services include installing on-site laundry bins and discounts as employee benefits.
Allan Warburton, Managing Director of Laundrapp, said:
We’re excited to expand the reach of Laundrapp to Stockport and Cheshire today, allowing residents to experience the same on-demand laundry service that’s available to Manchester City Centre residents. In addition to launching in Stockport and Cheshire, we’re also expanding our existing service to offer delivery and collection for almost all Manchester postcodes.”
The on-demand laundry and dry-cleaning app first launched in 2015, and has since expanded to 16 towns and cities across the UK. As well as launching in Stockport, Laundrapp will also expand its reach from Manchester city centre, to all Manchester postcodes.
To celebrate the launch, local residents will be entered into a prize draw to win £250 credit on placing their first order with the laundry app.
