Feedback from attendees of Oakridge Training’s STRIDE leadership programme for female managers has delighted the course leaders as their ‘students’ have successfully completed two cohorts so far this year – with further programme dates released for Cohort Three and Cohort Four.
The feedback includes from some of the UK’s most respected organisations such as Astra Zeneca and Ernst & Young.

“The feedback we have received to date has been really fantastic. We achieved an average score of 4.94 / 5 when we asked the STRIDE participants to rate the overall programme and 100% of participants would recommend STRIDE.
“This is really encouraging as it proves that the research we conducted in 2014 enabled us to go straight to the nib of the issue to address how we can develop a programme to support women in their journey to achieve leadership recognition.”
In the feedback received, Oakridge were also asked to consider making STRIDE available as an in-house programme have announced that STRIDE is now available across two channels:
- An Open Programme currently running four times per year throughout 2015 and 2016
- In-house programmes tailored to your organisation’s bespoke requirements
Cohort Three and Cohort Four are presently taking bookings with a few places remaining on Cohort Three (September 29th, October 14th and November 12th).
