UK Trade & Investment – North West is arranging a trade mission to Istanbul, Turkey this month on 27th – 31st Jan 2013.
Turkey has one of the fastest growing economies in the world today and there are more than 2,000 British companies already doing business to the value of £9bn.
UKTI is offering:
- Pre-market visit briefing prior to departure
- Support from an experienced UKTI trade mission leader
- In-market briefing and reception in Istanbul
- Comprehensive assistances before, during and after the market visit
- In-depth market research & identification of contacts in the market appropriate to your business supplied by your local UKTI via OMIS (chargeable service).
Proposed Mission Itinerary
- 27th January – Arrive Istanbul
- 28th January – British Embassy, in-market briefing with commercial officers
- 29th – 31st January (Tuesday – Thursday) – Company’s own meeting programmes
- 31st January – Return to the UK
Support for North West Businesses
There may be support available for eligible North West companies. Companies must be a small or medium enterprise (SME) based in the North West and have been trading for a minimum of 12 months. All businesses will be responsible for arranging their own travel & accommodation.
