As the coronavirus pandemic subsides, Bramhall Manor facility will provide a home-from-home environment for residents, allowing them to enjoy a quality life surrounded by loved ones, with a highly skilled team providing exceptional person-centred care.
Commenting on her appointment to Manager at Bramhall Manor, Sarah Lydon said:
I have followed New Care from afar for many years, watching the company grow and expand. The company has enjoyed an exciting journey and as I had previously worked with New Care’s Chief Operating Officer, I always believed that if I was to join a different company, it would be one with like-minded people that value residents, putting them at the heart of everything they do. New Care fitted perfectly.
“Bramhall Manor is a stunning care facility and we have started to recruit a talented team too. The coming months will be busy, working with Stepping Hill Hospital as they free up beds and move medically discharged patients to Bramhall Manor for rehabilitation, and I am looking forward to the challenge, ensuring this service is a huge success.”
Chris McGoff, CEO at New Care, adds:
We are thrilled to welcome Sarah to New Care. She has enjoyed a successful career in the care industry and brings with her valuable experience and knowledge. We wish her well and are confident she will exceed in her role at Bramhall Manor.”
Sarah is a registered general nurse and in recent years has undertaken extra education in Tissue Viability and Palliative Care. She has also completed a degree in ‘Care of the Older Person’ at Wolverhampton University.
Bramhall Manor is an purpose-built 71-bed care facility, which features private bedrooms with en suite wet rooms, communal lounges and dining rooms, plus secure landscaped gardens.
