Midshire® is looking for a proactive IT Support Analyst to join its growing IT team, by providing IT support to one of its customer sites in Altrincham.

The IT Support analyst will be primarily based at the customer site and will be responsible for logging, updating and resolving IT related issues using support tools. The role will require a degree of flexibility and the candidate should be familiar with the demands of a corporate IT environment and the need for high availability IT systems. Ideally the candidate will have at least 12 months experience in an IT support based role.
The successful candidate will work within our team of IT technicians and will be responsible for physically installing hardware and peripherals, remotely resolving IT issues and proactively monitoring alerts. Due to the customer facing nature of the role, it is expected that the candidate achieves consistently high levels of customer service, is always well presented and promotes a positive company attitude.
