Two of Marketing Stockport’s financial sector members have formally connected and committed to working together as Prest Financial continues its expansion with the acquisition of Booth Ainsworth Financial Planning.

The firm, established over 50 years old, has acquired
the Financial Services business of Chartered
Accountants Booth Ainsworth of Stockport to provide
ongoing service and advice to Booth Ainsworth
clients.
Chartered Accountants, Booth Ainsworth have confirmed their selection of fellow Marketing Stockport members Prest Financial as their future partners who with immediate effect will be delivering Financial Planning to their many & varied clients.
Holistic Financial Planning is a specialist area & Prests, who are a Chartered firm themselves, were chosen by the Booth Ainsworth partners after much careful consideration & a significant amount of due diligence.
Managing Partner of Booth Ainsworth, David Powell says:
“We opted for a future relationship with Prest Financial and needed
people we could trust to put our clients’ interests first”.
David commented further that they had been approached by several
other IFA businesses before carefully selecting Prests as their
Financial Planning partners.
Following the announcement, Booth Ainsworth adviser David
Eddleston & his administrator colleague Kim Jones have joined the
Prest team and are relocating to the Prest Financial offices in Hazel
Grove which will enable seamless continuity of advice for the
Booth Ainsworth clients affected..
