Stewart Bowden from Triple P Marketing and Helen Provart from Peak Translations have made it big walking the boards in BIG The Musical.
Starring in this giant of a musical production at New Mills Theatre follows both Helen and Stewart notching up a fair few performances recently.
Helen’s stage habit has seen her performing in both Sister Act and the The Sound of Music while Stewart’s numerous roles have seen him share his romantic side in West Side story and audience-winning performances in Oliver, Sister Act and a whole host of popular musicals in the West End.
BIG is the story of 12-year-old Josh Baskin from New Jersey who finds that whenever he sees pretty 13-year-old Cynthia Benson he is totally speechless and doesn’t understand his feelings. However, best friend Billy Kopecki tells him Cynthia thinks he’s cute, he makes a wish at the carnival, “I wish I was big;” and so the fun begins.

This production of BIG The Musical has been produced by Bowden Theatre Works, directed by Natalie Bowden; Adam Hutchins is Musical Director, alongside choreographers Natalie Bowden and Mhairi Jennings.
BIG The Musical will be performed at New Mills Art Theatre on Jodrell Street from May 11 to 14. Evening performances will take place at 7.15pm on Wednesday May 11, Thursday May 12, Friday May 13 and Saturday May 14. A matinee performance will also take place at 2.15pm on Saturday May 14.
