
As former England netball player and head coach Tracey Neville settles into her role as managing director of the Stockport County Women football team, Marketing Stockport caught up with Tracey at Stockport Sports Village.
Tracey, the younger sister of ex-England and Manchester United footballing brothers Gary and Phil and, among other elite sport roles, former coach of the England Netball team, joins as the club begins a new era competing under the new name – Stockport County Women. Founded in 1989 as Stockport County Ladies, Stockport County Women reflects the evolution of the women’s game and the club’s long-term commitment to equality, opportunity and growth.
