MAN Diesel & Turbo UK Ltd (MDT-UK) are delighted to announce the appointment of a new Head of Human Resources.
Tracy McDermott (pictured left) – joined the company on 27th April 2015 and brings with her 20 years’ HR experience. For the last 11 years she was Senior HR Manager for Alstom Transport UK and oversaw the transformation of their people strategy.
Her aim is to instil MDT’s values in the organisation via the promotion of continuous development and engagement initiatives which include identifying and supporting talented and high performing individuals to reach their full potential and also creating a culture of diversity.
Assisting Tracy in her new role will be the current team of Andrea Haughton (HR Operations Manager), Sheila Penney (HR/Payroll Administrator) and Polly Ormerod (HR Administrator).
Although primarily based in MDT’s UK Headquarters in Stockport, Tracy plans to visit the Company’s four other UK sites within the next month.
