MAG Property, the property and development arm of Manchester Airport, the country’s largest UK-owned airport operator, has strengthened its team with the appointment of JJL’s Adam White as Director of Commercial & Business Development.
Adam (left joins MAG Property after 10 years at JLL, where he was a Director in the Development team. Major projects he has worked on previously include advising Legal & General on the acquisition of a 50% stake in MediaCityUK, the sale of the 19 acre ITV Granada site to Allied London and leading on the disposal of AstraZeneca’s 400 acre Alderley Park site in Cheshire.
Working with Lynda Shillaw, MAG Property CEO, he will have responsibility for overseeing the separation of MAG Property’s UK-wide £623m property portfolio and land bank, business development and investor relations.
