Mad Hatters proved a hit as more than 200 people attended the showhome launch of Bellway Homes Stockport.
The event at Vision, on Europa Way in Stockport, started in style with queuing guests warmly welcomed by Bellway Homes’ sales advisor Suzanne McGovern, aka Alice, before enjoying a delicious afternoon tea with a selection of cupcakes from Stockport’s Button Nose Bakery and jam tarts.
To celebrate the opening of two stunning showhomes, Bellway Homes was inspired by the locality, in particular the Local Hats museum which is just a short drive away from the development.
For the first time, visitors were able to view the showhomes at Vision. One showhome, known as the Rufford, boasts a contemporary and cool warehouse theme, with a colour scheme of white and on trend bronze accents, as well as industrial features, such as a spacia wood floors and a brick wall in the dining room.
The second showhome, the Lansdown, is thoroughly modern in style. Shades of grey with subtle touches of yellow can be found throughout the property, with the gorgeous grey high gloss kitchen a focal point.
The collection of three and four bedroom homes at Vision, perfectly showcase the design, high quality build and style of the properties available.
Louise Chamberlain, Sales Director at Bellway Homes, comments: “We were overwhelmed by the huge amount of interest the opening of the two showhomes at Vision created, with approximately 40 people queuing up, waiting to be the first to view the beautifully styled homes and reserve their dream home at the development.
“With a number of strong selling developments in Stockport already, we have built up a good reputation in the region. Demand for new build homes remains very high and with properties immediately reserved upon release, Vision is also proving to be incredibly popular with local homebuyers.”
