Stockport based Juiced Orange Marketing has been appointed to deliver Liverpool’s Christmas campaign, following a competitive pitch from a shortlist of three advertising agencies.
Juiced Orange beat off the competition from both well established and larger agencies located across North West England, to deliver their interpretation of Christmas in Liverpool 2014 based on the strength of their campaign and ideas.
Director of Juiced Orange Dominic Marsden explained further:
“As we pointed out in the opening of our presentation, Christmas is the most competitive time of year and the market is cluttered and noisy, plus Liverpool’s competitors have substantial budgets, so we had to outsmart them, rather than outspend them.
“The ‘Fab’ campaign was created to be a true Liverpool campaign both visually and in its tone of voice, as well as bring to life the personality and buzz around the rejuvenated City of Liverpool.
“At Juiced Orange we believe all ideas should be at their core, simple and campaign able, so the Fab idea not only worked for the retail sector, but also across food & drink, entertainment and events happening throughout the festive period as well across all media channels including print and broadcast.
The campaign kicks off today – November 17th – and includes radio, posters, flags & banners in the city centre as well as a door drop, website and social media
