
Stockport Homes Group has announced it has retained its Investors in People Platinum accreditation, the highest level of recognition for excellence in people management.
The accolade places the housing provider among the top 2% of organisations globally, and top 10 within the housing sector. Retaining the Platinum accreditation reflects the group’s continued commitment to leading, supporting and developing its workforce.

Investors in People Platinum status is granted only to organisations that can demonstrate high performance across the full spectrum of workplace practices, from leadership and culture to inclusion and continuous improvement.
The detailed Investors in People report highlighted a number of exemplar practices in areas such as talent development; equality, diversity and inclusion; and social responsibility. Feedback showed that the organisation have adopted a holistic approach to continuous improvement that focuses on processes, systems and culture.
