Stockport Council and Stockport Economic Alliance are hosting a panel discussion, covering how Stockport businesses can prepare for a digital future.
The event will take place at LSH Auto’s Mercedes-Benz of Stockport on Wednesday 4th March 2020 at 8am, and will focus on how digital technology is transforming the economy.
Discussion topics will cover how businesses of all sizes can, and should, prepare for the next wave of the digital revolution, and the impact this will have on the way we do business in the future.
There will be presentations from keynote speakers, with a range of perspectives, followed by a panel discussion and the opportunity for questions from the audience. Speakers and panel members include:
- Tom Cheesewright, an applied futurist who helps people and organisations globally to see the future more clearly, share their vision and responed with innovation
- Cllr Elise Wilson, leader of Stockport Council, and GMCA portfolio lead for Digital City Region

- Lou Cordwell, Deputy Chair of the Local Enterprise Partnership and CEO of digital design studio, magneticNorth
