Regularly helping businesses achieve growth results between 10% and 43%, the Business AM – BAM – programme has been running successfully for over 15 years.
The growth figures measured from businesses attending these events range from 10%-43% over a series of important drivers. One business increased their customer referrals by month by 43%. Other businesses improved their average Customer average spend by 16%. These improvements were made by taking consistent and persistent action over the two year programme, something Nigel Bennett Hallidays, MD constantly promotes:
“As business owners we can’t expect things to just change overnight they are small, step by step improvements taken over time. Everything we promote throughout this programme Hallidays do themselves and bringing your team along with you we recognize can be challenging. This is why we also run a session on ‘leadership’ to provide you with the skills you need to drive your company and engage your colleagues to achieve the business vision and a session to help ‘grow the power of your team’ which improves engagement and solves frustrations. Plus it improves customer service and make your business a great place to work!”
“The power of the business knowledge in the room ensures there is an abundance of experience for everyone to benefit from and you also walk away with a useful workbook that gives an overview of the event and any important exercises that you can share with your team when you get back to the offices.”
Business AM or BAM’s as they are now more fondly known, are aimed at helping business owners to grow both personally and grow their businesses. The series of 10, 2 hour bi-monthly meetings start with looking at business goals with their next event helping owners to understand and focus on what drives the business. Tackling bad habits and turning goals into actions by measuring what matters.
The November event ‘Removing barriers to growth’ is on Tuesday 27th November and is free for first time attendees so you can assess the benefit to you and your business. They start with a rather nice informal breakfast and networking around 7.30a.m. with the actual presentation beginning at 8am and ending at 10am.
