Stockport accountancy firm, Hallidays, have relaunched their business growth programme, Business AM, as a series of interactive webinars to support local businesses to transform and grow.
Running for almost 20 years, Business AM brings together like-minded people from a wide range of businesses and organisations in a supportive, friendly environment to share knowledge, techniques and experiences. At each event, successes are celebrated and champagne is awarded for the best action taken!
Paul Whitney, MD of Hallidays explains:
Now more than ever, business owners need to take swift and confident action adapting their business. We’ve responded by transforming Business AM into interactive webinars with breakout groups facilitated by our team of business advisors.
We’re offering our first webinar free of charge so businesses can have a taster of the value they offer. We’ll use tried and tested business tools to review where they are now and plan their action to get them where they want to be.
Business AM has great camaraderie and together we’ll support more businesses to rise to their challenges and seize new opportunities.”
This two-year, 10-step programme, restarting in September focuses on all aspects of growing and transforming a business; including goal setting, strategies, pricing, marketing, systems, leadership and building strong teams. During the Covid-19 restrictions, the events will be hosted as live interactive webinars, until events can safely resume at Hallidays again.
Step One, ‘Setting goals for growth’ on Tuesaday 29th September will help businesses review and set new goals with a ‘kickstart session’ focusing on what matters most for growing and transforming a business.
Brittany Delany joined Business AM as she took over her family business, John Delany Motors. She said of experience of the programme:
Business AM has allowed me to take time out of my business to focus on making improvements, implement changes and create growth. It gave me much needed time to reflect and meet other business owners with similar challenges. Setting goals and tracking these using KPIs has made a very positive impact on my business.”
Kieren, Director at Avocet Steel attended Business AM to build their premium brand and diversify their business into new markets. He commented:
BAM has been really helpful for my personal development and driving the business forward. I came out of each session with ideas on how to improve our growing business. We have implemented often subtle changes that have had a large, positive impact on many aspects of the business.”
Hallidays’ first interactive webinar is being offered free of charge to give business leaders the opportunity to meet their business advisors. Further information and case studies are available from the Hallidays Business AM webpages.
