The Forum theatre in Romiley has outlined a revised programme of shows for autumn to reschedule events cancelled due to coronavirus restrictions.
The majority of shows planned for the summer have been rearranged, with revised performance dates beginning in September, when it is anticipated that restrictions will have been lifted to allow the theatre to re-open.

Firstly, SHREK the Musical should have been done and dusted by now, but we were able to rearrange our visit to Far Far Away for September. Our revised performance dates are 23rd – 26th September and if you had tickets for the show, then you can use your existing one for the new date. Tickets booked for the specific day and time (ie Saturday 2pm or Thursday 7.30pm) of the original show are valid for the new dates. Tickets for the production remain on sale with seats available for all shows!
There are plenty of shows now taking place in September. SERIOUSLY COLLINS is a tribute packed with Phil Collins hits from start to finish and is taking place on Saturday 5th September with tickets now on sale. The following day we will have a theatre packed with Brian Ferry and Roxy Music fans as ROXY MAGIC is performed. A fantastic Brian Ferry look and soundalike leads a wonderful band of musicians and tickets are also on sale for this show on 6th September.
The rearranged performance of AN EVENING WITH THE ZEPPELIN EXPERIENCE is scheduled for Friday 11th September. Come and climb that Stairway to Heaven with us and grab your tickets today!
HERE COME THE GIRLS is a fantastic night of entertainment featuring 11 brilliant tribute acts. So whether you are into Cher, Madonna, Lady Ga Ga or Shania Twain, we have 5 decades of music covered with tickets on sale for the rearranged date of Friday 2nd October.
You will also get the chance to come and hear music from one of Manchester’s finest bands as we have the wonderful tribute band OASISH celebrating the music of Noel, Liam and the boys. Tickets are on sale for the show on Friday 16th October.
We are still waiting for confirmation of new dates for Once Upon a Time in Wigan, Murder at The Forum and the May Comedy Night as well as the Chicagoland Blues Brothers. As soon as we know the theatre is safe to open once again we will be announcing all of the new dates for our previously advertised productions!
Thank you for your support at this difficult time and we look forward to presenting live theatre to you again soon! In the meantime, stay safe and stay indoors!
