Manchester Airports Group – MAG – has welcomed Flybe services to both its London Stanstead and Bournemouth airports as it extends agreements at Manchester and East Midlands.10 new routes have been added to across the MAG network, adding some 500,000 new passengers.
New agreements have been signed that will see new routes launching from London Stansted and Bournemouth Airports in March 2015. Extensions to the existing relationships that MAG and Flybe has at Manchester and East Midlands Airports have also been agreed.
London Stansted will see the introduction of a twice daily service to Newcastle and a triple daily service to the Isle of Man, which will also provide additional frequency on the Isle of Man – Manchester route. London Stansted will also a new summer service to Newquay.
At Bournemouth, which is a key airport in the South West, passengers will be able to take advantage of new twice daily services to the airports of Glasgow and Manchester, plus four weekly services to Amsterdam and Paris Charles de Gaulle. In addition, Flybe will also serve French and Spanish sun destinations, with routes to be announced in the coming weeks.
