Fairhurst Estates have acheived scores of 100% in two sections of their recently completed client survey.
Completion of the analysis of their Customer Feedback for 2014 has shown excellent scores and customer testimonials: FEL achieved an overall rating of 94% with two sections, “Technical information & documentation,” and “attitude of staff,” each scoring 100%.
As Client feedback is so highly valued by all at Fairhurst, it was agreed that for each completed feedback form an additional donation would be made to their 2014 chosen charity, “The Solomon Project.”
All names were then entered into a draw to win a presentation pack of high quality wine. Congratulations to Gwilym Griffiths of Premier Hire, the lucky winner!
