Taking advantage of new opportunities in an improving sector, Stockport based Fairhurst Estates Limited (FEL) has expanded with the opening of a new office in Chester.
Working closely with local residential property experts, Matthew’s of Chester, FEL will advise on valuations, disposals, rating, management, lease re-appraisal and building matters.
The new team in Chester will be headed up by FEL’s Managing Director, John Thornley, closely supported by Agency Director Howard Elliot-Jones, who commented:
“This new initiative of a residential and commercial partnership is a fresh approach and offers an exciting and unique development within the Chester market; this unique approach enables us to take full advantage of new opportunities within Chester’s marketplace.
“We have hit the ground running and already taken diverse commercial instructions – including industrial and retail (with flats above) – from locally based clients. In Saltney, we have been instructed on a new trade counter opportunity with adjoining yard; a refurbished warehouse space with offices & yard and refurbished offices with parking on Saltney High Street.”
FEL’s retail team’s instructions include a convenience store on the fringe of the city and combined retail & accommodation in Hoole.
FEL’s Managing Director, John Thornley, said:
“Fairhurst Estates is already familiar with the Chester market but, until now, has limited itself to occasional instructions from the Stockport Head Office; by being based here we will be in a position to be more proactive and welcome the opportunity to discuss future property-related issues within Chester and the surrounding areas.”
