Fairhurst Estates have been appointed by Finning, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of heavy duty plant moving equipment, to acquire a lease hold property for them on the Slough Trading Estate.
The Stockport based property and facilities management company Fairhurst Estates are currently finalising terms and offering advice on how to fit out the depot for maximum benefit. The Slough Trading Estate is owned by SEGRO and occupies a prominent position off the Bath Rd, a main route through Slough.
This instruction strengthens Fairhurst Estates presence in the plant hire, commercial construction sector of the property market.
