Stockport based commercial property services company Fairhurst Estates Limited (FEL) have acquired another site for their client Hewden Stuart.
The acquisition of the 3 acre site at Ampthill will enable Hewden Stuart to extend their services in the Bedfordshire area.
FEL sourced the site and carried out pre-acquisition due diligence to understand potential contamination issues along with submission of planning consent for the intended use prior to negotiating a 10 year lease with the landlords agents .
A full turnkey package is being undertaken for Hewden including site layout design to include environmental containment, workshops and administration facilities along with tendering and project management of the works over a fifteen week period.
