In a short video, Aalia Ijaz, associate solicitor in the firm’s Private Client team, explains how some of the rules have been relaxed for those signing and witnessing wills during the pandemic to ensure that social distancing maintains. There has been an uptick in enquiries nationally of 30% surrounding wills and power of attorney during the crisis.
