DJS Research Ltd are pleased to announce the promotion of Tessa Montague to Associate Director, and the permanent hiring of Ekaterina Lukanova as a Senior Research Executive.
Montague (pictured left) who has previously worked in both the UK and South Africa for Adelphi International, Millward Brown, Factotum and TNS has considerable experience in the utilities, environmental and pharmaceutical sectors.
Since arriving at DJS Research in 2012, she has led the development of the agency’s pharmaceutical research offering, securing contracts with major brands such as Reckitt Benckiser. Tessa Montague has a degree in Crop and Soil Science, as well as an MSc in Ecology.
Ekaterina Lukanova (pictured left) joins DJS Research on a permanent basis after several months as a consultant. Originally from Bulgaria, she has more than a decade of experience in market research for a range of FMCG clients, particularly working on extensive quantitative surveys for large multi-nationals. Lukanova’s knowledge and expertise is particularly focused on customer satisfaction, usage and attitudes and product and concept testing – spanning both tracking research as well as ad hoc projects. She has a Master’s degree in Sociology from the Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
Talking about the new promotions, Ali Sims, Research Director at DJS Research, felt the appointments were well deserved:
“Having worked with both Rina and Tessa extensively, I certainly feel that both individuals deserve their respective appointments. Tessa has added a different dimension to our offering over the last couple of years and has really developed in to a senior member of the team. Rina has also been a brilliant addition, and her experience has contributed heavily to some of our recent new clients wins. I’m sure both will continue to progress and I hope they will remain with us for many years to come.”
