Cheadle Hulmed-based Dawn Creative has unveiled a rebrand for healthcare specialist agency, J+D Consulting, supported by a new-look responsive website and a suite of brand collateral.
On the back of organisational growth, J+D Consulting tasked Dawn Creative’s founder, David O’Hearns, with developing a fresher visual identity to reflect the pharmaceutical agency’s reputation for expertise in forecasting, research and analytics.
Having celebrated a decade in the industry, J+D Consulting operates out of a base in Cheadle Hulme with a head office in London, and works with some of the most successful brands within the pharmaceutical sector. J+D is a leading, independent consultancy specialising in supporting business analysts, marketers and finance teams with forecasting, data analytics and insight generation.
J+D Consulting’s brand refresh reinforces Dawn Creative’s credentials in the region’s thriving healthcare sector, with Cyprotex and GCI Health also among its client roster. This marks a growing agency portfolio, having recently celebrated its second birthday and moved into bespoke premises.
Commenting on the approach, David O’Hearns said: “Having undergone the brand audit and run an interactive workshop with the team at J+D Consulting, we applied our market knowledge and values-based methodology to the creative process.
“The new identity concept hinged on the development of the ‘+’ sign as a nod to the consultancy’s analytical methods and collaborative approach. This prompted us to investigate other mathematical references to develop a full identity system using Pentomino shapes to reflect the problem-solving capabilities that run through the core of the organisation.”
Andrew Ward, Consultancy Director at J+D Consulting, added: “We’ve really enjoyed working with the team at Dawn. They understood what we are about and came up with a really neat concept for the brand that works on so many levels. Agency relationships are critical and we felt they were proactive and really responsive when it came to implementing the design and pinning down the details.”
