“Alongside this I have met and talked to significant and prominent people within the Council which has given this position a sense of community and support. Thanks to this programme I will have a huge stepping stone for moving forwards in my professional life.”
The apprentices, once recruited, will be initially employed on 12 month fixed term contracts, and the graduates have been employed on 18 month fixed term contracts.
