Independent Options work with people of all ages who have learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries and mental health needs. They offer a range of different services to support people at home, in the community and to have short breaks in the UK and abroad.
The after dinner raffle prizes included: £25 Sainsbury Gift Voucher, Bottle of Champagne, Meal for 2 at the 5 star Radisson Edwardian Blu Hotel in Manchester, Collection of 6 bottles of wine, a bottle of Jameson’s Irish Whiskey, Picnic rucksack, Pezzetti espresso maker, 4 Golden Tickets for a brewery tour at the brand new Robinsons Brewery and visitor centre.
And the grand prize was two corporate box tickets at the MEN Arena to see singer Rihanna, donated by Global Radio.
Chris Bryon from Independent Options said:
“The evening is always a poignant reminder of those who are affected by a disability and to those who know someone with a disability. Without the support of campaigners, volunteers and donators – the help and support we deliver to those in need would not be possible”.
Guests included some of the College’s key stakeholders; RBS, Mazars, Gorvins, SAS Daniels, Marketing Stockport, Independent Options and Metro Taxis.
