Bridge Properties has secured five new lettings at Eden Point in Cheadle, leaving only 3,000 sq ft of space remaining at the development.
The lettings follow a refurbishment and remodelling programme by the owners, updating common areas and 18,000 sq ft of vacant office space. The new fit out of the Cheadle buildings includes a new reception area along with the in-house Eat@Eden café and interactive meeting booths; additional features at Eden Point include high-end washrooms, wet rooms changing facilities and external break-out areas.
New tenants at the building include:
- Specialist corporate finance advisor, Camlee Group, who are relocating from Sale to a 1,775 sq ft office.
- Cloud telephone system provider, NFON UK are moving to Eden Point from Cheadle Royal Business Park to occupy 1,500 sq ft
- Wealth management adviser, The John Greening Practice, has taken 1,001 sq ft
- Afin Technologies, a mobile app company founded in Stockport, has signed up to 1,496 sq ft
- Home technology specialist, Be Smart Home, have agreed to 556 sq ft.
Situated on the A34 in Cheadle, the 38,000 sq ft Eden Point now provides design-led accommodation over four floors and is home to a number of organisations including Entertainment Today, White Rose Sports Management, JTRS, Clear Orthodontics, Purple Patch IFA, Webquarters, Action 365 and Sports Abroad.
