The Wellspring is a resource centre for homeless and disadvantaged people and part of their service includes collecting donations of clothes and food from people throughout the Stockport area. To help support the charity C&C have donated the insurance cost for their vehicle.

The Wellspring provides services to people 365 days a year and is situated on Harvey St, behind Robinson’s brewery in the town centre of Stockport, they aim to support people out of homelessness to become independent and provide a wide range of support services. The Wellspring has been open for 25 years and acts as a resource centre for people in need and supports over 100 a day in the centre. Helping find housing, photo ID and free meals – over 50,000 meals are served by volunteers each year !
Jonathan Billings, Chief Executive Officer at The Wellspring, said: “We are delighted that C&C Insurance Brokers have continued to fund the insurance on The Wellspring van for the next 12 months, this will enable us to continue our outreach services in Stockport.
