BuyAssociation, an innovative company connecting property developers and investors, has been recognised as the 26th fastest growing business in the North of England in the Fast Growth 50 index.
The Fast Growth 50 index identifies the fastest growing companies across six regions and nations of the UK, with businesses in the 2023 list for the North of England representing a combined turnover exceeding £1 billion and the creation of over 4,700 jobs last year alone.
Inclusion in the ranking for BuyAssociation highlights the impact of the business’ activities on the wider economy of the North of England alongside the firm’s capacity for growth and innovation. The business connects investors with opportunities at the earliest stages of property development and are currently partnering with Hall & Co on a 50-home scheme in Stockport town centre’s Underbanks district.
Caroline Marshall-Roberts, CEO and founder of BuyAssociation, said:
“We’re delighted to have been recognised as one of the 50 fastest-growing businesses in the North of England. It is a testament to our hard-working team and our forward-thinking business model, as we have successfully navigated the UK’s changing property investment landscape over the past 18 years.
“Our key focus involves bringing together property investors and reputable developers at the earliest stages of development, and we have been involved in selling out some extremely exciting projects over the years. Being a part of this list is a fantastic acknowledgment of our business’s success over the past couple of years, and we look forward to what the next 12 months and beyond will bring.”
Between 2020 and 2022, BuyAssociation was instrumental in the Fast Growth 50’s collective turnover increase of £706 million, while also creating multiple new jobs. This growth highlights the company’s role in the North of England’s economic success, particularly post-COVID-19.
Professor Dylan Jones-Evans OBE, founder of Fast Growth 50, said:
“The UK Fast Growth 50 Index demonstrates that a small number of fast growth firms, including BuyAssociation, make a substantial contribution to the UK’s economic landscape. These companies are a prime example of how innovation, enterprise and sheer hard work can make a real difference in all sectors, from construction to financial services to technology.
“Their incredible growth during difficult times shows that through generating wealth and jobs in their local communities, entrepreneurship is the cornerstone of regional and national prosperity. Most important of all, their success stories demonstrate the impact of ambition and adaptability, providing a blueprint for sustainable growth that will hopefully inspire others to follow a similar journey.”
Looking forward, BuyAssociation plans to extend its market reach even further, having recently opened a new office in central London. The company has also expanded its website into new territories, including the US and Australia, enhancing its already strong global connections.
