Prime Fitness Clinic, a brand new fitness studio and sports injury clinic, has opened in Stockport with the support of the business growth hub.
Located at the junction of Middle Hillgate and Edward Street, the new start-up clinic has been set up by Edward Sackey, a qualified fitness coach, sports therapist and nutritionist.
With access to unlimited small group training sessions and a complementary personalised nutrition plan, the clinic is open from 7am to 7pm for the convenience of business users.
Combining small group personal training, to a maximum of 3, nutritional guidance and sports therapy is designed to provide a holistic approach to fitness and wellbeing.
Eddie explains: “Prime Fitness Clinic is a unique fitness studio with a holistic approach to health and fitness drawing from my years of experience in Personal Training, Nutritional Therapy and Sports Therapy.
“Not everyone feels comfortable in a more public gym if they are looking to improve their fitness and well-being. We are a small clinic and I will work to develop a personal plan to suit each client’s own needs and across a wide variety of exercise programmes.”
The clinic will be open for viewing this Saturday, 25th June, from 10am to 5pm where the team will be on hand to offer advice and explain their programmes. There will be an opportunity to take advantage of special opening offers.
