Leading Stockport based accountants, Booth Ainsworth LLP has expanded both their corporate tax and business services teams.
Carys Sullivan has been appointed to the growing corporate tax team and Clare Nuttall joins Booth Ainsworth’s business services team.

The corporate tax department has grown significantly in recent years.
The recession and recent growth in the economy has caused many businesses to look to restructure themselves , with employers also often seeking to incentivise key staff with share option schemes, both requiring specialist tax advice to make the most of these opportunities. Businesses are also increasingly looking to benefit from Research and Development and Patent Box tax reliefs as they invest in new product ranges.
The Business Services Team offer advice to business owners at all stages of their businesses development, whether this be a VAT issue, tax, or accounting matter.
Clare starts as a service charge accountant where she will work alongside the existing team to service a large portfolio of property management companies.
Both team members will enjoy the flexible working and healthcare benefits associated with this well established employer.
