Bellway secures top customer satisfaction rating for sixth consecutive year

Housebuilder Bellway has been awarded with a 5 Star Rating for customer satisfaction from the Home Builders’ Federation (HBF) for the sixth year in a row.

The housebuilder achieved a score of over 90% from the HBF’s annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, which signifies that more than nine in 10 of its customers would recommend the developer to a friend, to receive the prestigious accolade. The survey takes into account a snapshot of the views of customers moving into new-build homes over the past 12 months.

In Stockport, Bellway is the developer behind Poynton’s Copperfields development, as well as a number of other schemes in the surrounding area, including Heatherley Wood, Nether Alderley and King’s Quarter in Macclesfield.
