
Accountancy firm Azets, with offices across the North West including in Stockport, has announced a number of appointments and promotions across the region.
Nadine Crosby (left) has joined the firm as Private Client Tax Partner, and specialises in advising business owners and high-net-worth individuals. With over 25 years’ experience, her expertise encompasses trust and estate planning, family investment companies, inheritance tax, and capital gains tax, often involving offshore elements. Nadine is frequently engaged in ad-hoc advisory projects, providing strategic guidance on family succession planning, business restructuring for entrepreneurs and wealth preservation.
Azets has also announced the promotion of Martin Woodhall (right) to Restructuring and Insolvency (R&I) Director. Martin is a qualified Insolvency Practitioner and Chartered Accountant, specialising in formal insolvency and restructuring appointments within the SME market. With over 21 years’ experience, he advises corporates, lenders, and other stakeholders across a broad range of sectors affected by financial stress or distress. Martin works closely with business owners and finance providers to identify practical solutions that preserve value and support recovery. His experience spans solvent and insolvent liquidations, administrations, and restructuring projects, helping clients navigate complex financial challenges with clarity and confidence. He is recognised for his pragmatic approach and commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.
Other senior promotions across Azets’ North West team include Lewis Parry and Vicky Pickering, both promoted to Tax Associate Director, as well as Adam Hilton-Mason and Adam Hooley, who have both been promoted to Audit Associate Director.
The firm has also welcomed back Rebecca Bolton, who has returned as a Senior Tax Advisory Manager. Rebecca brings 12 years of experience in corporate tax, with expertise across multiple industries and particular specialisms in restructuring, share schemes, and R&D.
